MEET THE COACH

Eli studied Health and Human Performance in college and is a personal trainer and nutrition coach certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He has helped many clients reach their unique goals by customizing workout and nutrition plans to the individual needs of each one, and has worked with clients ranging anywhere from a young athlete looking to become more athletic to a 70 year-old veteran looking to ditch his walker and move around the house more freely after losing his leg.

With Eli as your trainer, all you have to do is follow the personalized plan he creates for you, stay commited, and results are guaranteed to follow.
